hrNEWITY
Write a welcome email and first-week overview for a new employee:
- **Employee name:** [First Name]
- **Job title:** [title]
- **Start date:** [date]
- **Manager or point of contact:** [name and title]
- **First day logistics:** [location / start time / parking or access instructions / who to ask for]
- **What to bring or prepare:** [ID for I-9 / laptop / other]
- **Tools or accounts they'll set up in week 1:** [Slack / email / scheduling software / POS / other]
- **Any first-week priorities or training:** [describe the main focus of their first week]
- **Company tone:** [professional / casual and warm / family-oriented / other]
**Output:**
**Part 1: Welcome Email** (sent before start date)
- Warm, personal greeting
- Practical first-day logistics
- Brief "what to expect" paragraph
- Encouragement that closes with excitement about having them join
**Part 2: First-Week Checklist** (shared on day 1)
Organized by day (Mon–Fri), with 2–4 key tasks or learning goals per day. Keep each item specific and achievable.
The welcome email should feel like it came from a person who's genuinely excited — not a form letter.
